Our Coaching Philosophy

Individuality. We all have different abilities, limitations, schedules, goals, and dreams. It is because of this that at Close The Gap everyone’s training plan is tailored specifically to them.

There are no packages, no up-sells, and no trickery. So, what’s included?

At Close The Gap  we understand that hydration is an individual necessity; this is one of many things were averages are not so useful. 

Our Sweat Test will give you an insight into the inner workings of our body, and together we can devise a better hydration plan that will maximize your performance, and minimize health risks.
